If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your equipment within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Authorize Your Return
Contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your item's eligibility for return.
- 2.Package Securely
Place the equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, certificates, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping crate or box and send the package to our designated distribution center using a tracked service.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition and safety compliance of the returned unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
